1.You can chew the product and eat it as it is. If you want to have it soft then you can boil it.

2.Another way is to deep fry in oil, then take it out and coat it with sugar or honey to suit your taste. But, be careful not to burn yourself with the hot oil.

3. Or as a simple meal replacement, boil 60g (1 serving) with water (300cc-500cc) for about 10 minutes and then eat it when softened.
